I reblogged a picture with stuff about men needing to grow up and lose the whole swag bullshit. and in my comment, I put that the women who’d commented before me couldn’t be more wrong in that a real man likes a totally independent woman. I think that may have been misunderstood. So, let me explain.

Grown men do cry, they have emotion. You do not have to be a sissy to show emotion. It does not make you a man to hurt a woman, It makes you a man to protect her, and keep her well. It does not make you a man to have sex with multiple women, It makes you a man when you raise the kids that you and the first one had. It makes you a man to love everyone around you. It makes you a man when you can wear a rainbow without Worrying if someone thinks you are gay. It takes a true man to realize that there is nothing wrong with those who are gay. I don’t know if I am a man… but by god I’m trying to get there.
